Our flight travel system is in particular a very informative resource to use in your event travel planning.

The many details that it can take to execute an event are varied and complex. Who is doing what and what exactly are they doing? What time does this happen and where? How many of this have we asked for and who has signed off on that amount? The number of things to track can be daunting.
Of course, EVM Live can't necessarily eliminate the amount of details, but the idea is that if event specifics can be organized well and presented in one nice, neat container there is a greater chance of efficiency in your management flow. EVM Live gives you the ability to choose panels to separate your event data and each panel can be collapsed to "get it out of the way" when you need to concentrate on one or another. There is even a snapshot feature for viewers of your event data that allows each person to capture how they want to view an event. And this is particular to each event - meaning that you can decide what is important to see on an event per event basis.
Move your data around - even on an event by event basis. No more being locked into one data format for all events.
EVM Live allows you to place your event data in colored panels with names that you choose. You can then add the data in each panel as is needed per event. So, imagine that you have a list of items that audio needs for an event. On the next event these items are not needed. But in some event programs you would need to add particular items to the list and carry them over to every event even if they are not needed. This can be confusing and feels awkward as you try to sort out ALL of the data for your events.

Imagine that you have interns that assist you in your events and you don't want them to see everything - it might confuse them! No problem. EVM Live lets you configure viewers to see only what they need to see. Viewers can be set to see only a single event on a single date if that's what you want. Or...they can see a specific collection of events. If you have events that you have added that use a single title: "Training Seminar" for example, then your viewer can be configured to only see events that are of the type "Training Seminar". Of course maybe you want to allow them to access all of your events and that is ok too. You decide!
Whether you prefer to use a computer in your office or a tablet or phone away from the office, EVM Live can be used anywhere on any device and will format automatically for that device.
We've all been in a situation where we have to zoom a screen on our phones or tablets to access our data and EVM Live handles that without the user having to make any changes to their screens. And if you're logged into the system on your computer at your office and have set your filters on the Event List, EVM Live will remember that and set the filter accordingly for your mobile devices and will format it to fit perfectly... saving time and effort.

EVM Live provides an additional layer of functionality to someone who logs in, not as a viewer but as an Administrator (Admin). This allows the user to enter "Edit" mode by clicking an Edit button in the upper left corner of the viewing screen. When in edit mode you control the entire page so other users that are Admin capable are not allowed to edit. This protects your data from multiple users editing the same thing and overwriting each other's edits.
Provide file downloads for your team per event. Choose from a library of common files that you create.
In spite of how efficient you may be with representing data in EVM Live, you may find that some data is just better to hand off in a document form. Maybe you need to provide musicians with a set list, or lighting needs to provide a lighting plot for workers at a venue. There are many reasons why making a document available just makes sense. A document can be printed and handed out for note taking and documents are disposable (unlike your mobile phone) so they are good resources to have for the right occasion.
Create your flight information directly from your flight itinerary/receipt. A real time saver for adding flight data to your events.
(NOTE: Optional). With our "ITF" module you can email your booking receipt to our system and it will be parsed and ready for you to preview. If you approve of the translated information it is as easy to add a flight to our system as selecting the team members assigned to the flight and submitting your "OK". Oh and yes...we did say team MEMBERS plural because our ITF system checks ALL itineraries that come into the system and automatically offers you to aggregate them into one flight record for all travelers. We've found this to be a great timesaver!

You will have colored panels, category names, data labels and data types that all fit with your organization and according to what YOU think is best because you are the one who decides. You can open and close panels, remember which are open and closed by each event and so many other options that will make managing your data efficient and reliable.
Your data is protected by the SSL protocol (encrypted) and there is a bi-level security model that keeps viewers completely separate from editors or admin users.
